*1. For general lubrication purposes, compressed air quality class 2.6.3 according to JIS B 8392-1 (ISO8573-1) is recommended. For precise bearings, compressed air quality class 1.6.3 according to JIS B 8392-1 (ISO8573-1) is recommended.

Notes:

  • Maintain a viscosity range of 10 to 150 cSt while this unit is operating.
  • Use a lubricant that has suitable atomization characteristics for mist lubrication specified or recommended by the machine manufacturer or bearing manufacturer.
  • A lubricant with a viscosity grade of ISO VG32 to 68 is recommended. When using an oil with another viscosity, use a suitable brand and grade for Micro Fog lubrication.

  • A manifold pressure gauge and oil level switch are included.
  • The micro fog lubrication unit requires a twin timer, a programmable controller, and other components to drive the plunger pump to transport oil drips. Prepare them in advance (except for models with control circuits). The user must configure the control circuit in the lubrication system.

Notes:

  • The pressure switch is mounted on the OUT side of the air supply solenoid valve, except for 01Y. Pressure is detected after the air supply solenoid valve operates, and a pressure deficiency signal may occur due to the delay in pressure detection. Be sure to configure the circuit carefully.
  • The 01Y pressure switch uses a mechanical contact model. The 75Y, 79Y, 82Y, and 85Y pressure switches with control circuit board use a PNP solid-state model.
