Main precautions for use

[Basic]
Make sure to use the product within the specifications.
  1. Use the product at the appropriate voltage and frequency.
  2. Use the product at or below the maximum operating pressure.
  3. Use the specified fluid (clean compressed air).
  4. Do not use the product in a location where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
Do not use the product in atmosphere with corrosive gas, seawater, water, high humidity, or ozone.
When using the product in a low-temperature environment, treat water in the fluid using an air dryer or other device to prevent gelation.
Prevent interference accidents in operating equipment during an abrupt power shutdown or the subsequent restoration.
[Piping and installation]
Remove the port protection plug (or sealing) immediately before piping.
Use sufficiently flushed pipes.
Do not let seal materials enter the pipe during piping.
Properly install pipes, checking the display at each port.
Ensure space for maintenance around equipment.
Do not make the exhaust port smaller.
Install the silencer so that it will not come off.
[Electrical wiring]
Check the power supply voltage to confirm safety before wiring.
For a double solenoid model, prevent both solenoids from becoming live at the same time.
[Operation]
Confirm in advance that operating the manual button will not cause an accident due to the operation of equipment on the OUT side.
Make sure to return the locking type manual button to its original position after operating it.
[Maintenance]
Conduct daily and periodic inspections according to a plan.
Make sure to turn off the power and decrease the air pressure to 0 (zero) in equipment, and before and after it, before repair and overhaul.
