*1. For general lubrication purposes, compressed air quality class 2: 6: 3 or higher according to JIS B 8392-1;
for precise bearing lubrication, compressed air quality class 1: 6: 3 or higher according to JIS B 8392-1 use compressed air.

※ During the operation of this unit, please maintain a viscosity range of 10 to 150 cSt.
※ Please use lubricating oil that has atomization characteristics suitable for mist lubrication and is specified or recommended
by the machine or bearing manufacturer.
※ We recommend lubricating oils with a viscosity grade of ISO VG32 to 68.
If using oils with viscosities outside the above range, please use brands and grades suitable for micron lube lubrication.

Pressure detection occurs after the air supply solenoid valve is activated, and a pressure deficiency signal may occur due to
the delay in pressure detection. Therefore, please pay attention to the circuit configuration.
※ The 01Y pressure switch uses a mechanical contact type, while the 75Y/79Y/82Y/85Y models with control circuit boards
use a PNP solid-state type.
